American Fabworks LLC was built on a simple belief: the marine industry deserves a parts supplier that actually knows what it's making. We're a family-run manufacturer based in Southwest Ranches, Florida, and every bracket, post, and plate that leaves our shop is fabricated right here in-house not sourced overseas and relabeled.
We got into this business because we understood the frustration of chasing down multiple vendors for parts that should come from one place. So we built that place. Today we supply boat trailer hardware to marine businesses across the country from local dealers to large-scale distributors. Same quality, same standards, every time.
Family-run means something to us. It means you're not a ticket number. It means when you call, someone who knows the product picks up. And it means we take pride in what we put our name on.
How we
got here.
We started on a shop floor in South Florida, fabricating bunk brackets and tie plates for the marine dealers down the road. Word got out. Today our hardware is on trailers from Tampa to Tacoma — but we're still the same small shop, running the same mills, pulling from the same alloys.
Every part we supply is built to last in salt water. That means 6005A T6 aluminum for the brackets, 6061 T6 STR for the tubing, and hot-dipped galvanized steel for anything structural. No plated shortcuts. No mystery alloys.

What we do in-house.
Aluminum fabrication
6005A T6 and 6061 T6 STR. Bunk brackets, fender brackets, tie plates, tubing, and guide poles. Machined, deburred, ready to weld.
Galvanized steel
Hot-dipped galvanization on every structural part. Winch posts, bow catchers, spare tire brackets, crossmembers — all corrosion-rated for salt water.
Custom fabrication
Crossmembers cut to length. Brackets machined to your drawings. Winch posts in non-standard sizes. Minimum 25 pieces on custom runs.
Volume runs
Tiered pricing from 1 piece to 200+. Standing orders and scheduled deliveries for distributors who need parts on the shelf before the season hits.
Spec control
Same mill runs, same alloys, same tolerances — order to order. We don’t chase cheaper material and you don’t chase surprises.
Direct shipping
LTL freight out of South Florida. Palletized and labeled. We ship to marine businesses and distributors nationwide.
